We built Kevor because onboarding shouldn't be this hard.
Every HR team knows the feeling. A new hire starts next week, and the onboarding plan is scattered across emails, PDFs, and someone's memory. Steps get missed. Questions pile up. And the first impression your company makes is chaos.
Kevor was built to fix that. We take your existing onboarding documents, understand them with AI, and turn them into a clear, visual workflow your team can actually use. No more guesswork. No more "I thought someone else was handling that."
The Kevor mark
Four layers, one clear path
Our mark is built from four capsules, each one wider than the last. It mirrors how Kevor works: you start with scattered onboarding documents at the top, and build toward a broad, complete picture at the bottom.
Start narrow with a single file. End wide with a full plan. Every layer adds structure, and every step brings clarity.
What we believe
Clarity over complexity
A good onboarding plan should be readable at a glance. If your team needs a manual to understand the process, something is wrong.
Insights over data dumps
We don't just show you documents. We find the gaps, the bottlenecks, and the missing steps, and tell you what to fix first.
Tools should respect your time
HR teams are stretched thin. Kevor gives you answers in minutes, not hours of setup.
From the founder
I started building Kevor after watching too many onboarding processes fall apart. The same documents got rewritten every quarter. The same steps got skipped. And the people responsible for fixing it were already juggling ten other priorities.
I wanted to build something that actually helps, not just another tool to manage. Kevor is still in its early days, and every piece of feedback from our beta users shapes what it becomes. If you try it and something feels off, tell us. That is how this gets better.
