Server-side checks confirm that every data access belongs to the signed-in user. Always.
Files validated by content
Uploads are checked by actual content, not filename. Images are rebuilt to neutralise hidden payloads.
How AI is used, transparently
To generate your analysis, the structured Knowledge Model is sent to trusted AI providers. We select providers whose API terms explicitly prohibit the use of customer-submitted data for training. The specific models may change over time, but this commitment does not.
What AI receives
A structured Knowledge Model: tasks, stages, people, teams, and resources. Condensed facts only, never your original documents.
What AI never sees
Your raw documents, original files, or any personal data beyond the structured summary. Your content is never used to train AI models.
